Is the shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all items. While shipping may be free, there may be a state-related recycling fee if you are from CA, CT, and RI. Please note, the recycle fee applies to both mattresses and box springs.
How long it will take to be delivered?
When you place an order on Sleemon.com, it typically takes 5-12 business days to reach your doorstep.

How do I cancel the order?
You can contact us via Live Chat or customer service email to cancel the order before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You can go through the return process to get your money back. You may return any of your products for a full refund (not including fees for shipping, White Glove Service, state-based recycling fees, and/or promotional value) subject to the terms and conditions for returns for each of our products.
What should I prepare if I want to return the product?
The item must be returned in good condition - no drool, stains or mysterious odors - with the necessary documents, parts and accessories to ensure a full refund - the proof of purchase will be required before processing your refund. When that’s all in order, please submit this form for return authorization.
Will there be additional charges for returns?
In some circumstances, we can charge a restocking fee when you return an item. These circumstances include when an item is returned outside of Sleemon’s return policy or in used, damaged/defective, or materially different condition. Items returned in original condition and within policy won't be charged a restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns beyond the return window. However, if we accept your returns, we can also charge a restocking fee. A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price depending on the type of item and its condition upon return (item price does not include shipping costs).
How do I get my refund? How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
It can take up to 45 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will typically be generated back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. However, exact processing times may vary for each financial institution.
Will my new Sleemon mattress topper have some odor？
Like all newly manufactured items, your new mattress topper may have some slight odor right after you unwrap it. However, it should go away quite quickly (anywhere from a few hours to a few days). Don't worry! The odor is not associated with any harmful chemicals since all of our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified. For the first few days, or until the odor is gone, let your mattress topper breathe as much as possible.
Can I roll up the mattress topper to store it？
Our mattress topper is compressed and rolled using professional equipment, please do not roll it up after it is uncompressed. If you are not using it as your primary mattress topper, we recommend storing it fully opened and laid flat. It can also be temporarily stored on its side.
How do I return a purchase？

Can I wash my Sleemon mattress topper cover?
Yes, this mattress topper cover is washable. Please dry it in the dryer on a low cool setting.
Can I use a heating pad？
You can use a heating pad with the Sleemon mattress topper. However, we recommend that the temperature not exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit, and positioning a layer of cotton cloth between the heating pad and the foam mattress topper.
Is the dog bed waterproof?
The Sleemon Dog Bed comes with 100% waterproof layers for both inner and outer covers, protecting it from water penetration. To ensure that it is machine washable, our cover is made from polyester and waterproof material, which offers a certain degree of protection, but it is not fully impenetrable to water. If the fabric breaks down over time, we recommended the bed cover to be inspected regularly for water-resistant capability. If you want to purchase a replacement cover, please contact our team for assistance.
Is the dog bed chew resistant?
The Sleemon Dog Bed is sewed with double seams twice with strong thread to ensure it is strong. Excessive chewers may damage the cover. In order to protect your investment, our dog bed is backed with an all-inclusive 1-year warranty. If your dog damages the cover within the first thirty days, we replace the bed cover once. Please note that we do require a $20 fee to be paid for covering the shipping costs for the replacement.
Why does the dog bed size not match the actual measurement? Why is the surface of the dog mattress slightly depressed?
Please slap the foam and let it fully rebound for 72 hours in a ventilated place.
What if my pet does not ‘like’ the dog bed?
Please note that not all dogs are used to sleeping on a bed. Some of them may need to be given a proper period of adjustment, and you can place your old clothes on, or in, the cover of the bed to make it smell more like you.
Will my sofa soften up over time?
Upon delivery, the sofa may feel a little hard at first. However, after use, the sofa will quickly soften and be more comfortable than ever.
What if my furniture does not fit?
When you order the sofa, it is important to check whether it is suitable for your house and room. Please measure all doors, stairs, and selected spaces as carefully as possible. Sleemon does not take any responsibility for unsuitable furniture. If you find that the furniture you ordered does not fit your space, we will advise you on what to do next. Email us at email@example.com, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
Can I wash the sofa cushion covers?
Every sofa has different care instructions. If you want to know whether your sofa cushion cover can be washed, you will need to check the care guide for your specific sofa. If it confirms that you can wash it, please note that some slight shrinkage may occur, even if dry cleaned. If you wash the covers at home, it is recommended to put the covers back on when they are still a bit damp (not completely wet) to ensure a better fit. If they need to be ironed after drying, please iron the cover on the sofa with a damp cloth.
How do I adjust my pillow？
1. Open the zipper on outer cover. 2. Open the zipper on inner liner. 3. Add or remove filling to desired level. 4. Close zipper and fluff pillow to redistribute the fill prior to use.
How do I wash my pillow？
Our pillows are made of all brand new materials that are produced specifically for your pillow, because of this, new pillows don't need to be washed right out of the box. If you do wish to wash, we ask that you follow these directions: Remove Pillowcase. To Wash: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. To Dry: Tumble dry low. Make sure the cover is completely dry before use.
How do I get rid of the memory foam odor?
New memory foam tends to have a slight odor as a result of the production process. No worries, you can easily reduce the odor by tossing the whole pillow in the dryer on low heat for an hour or two with a dryer sheet. If you don’t have a dryer, allow the pillow to air out for a day or two in direct sunlight. Keep in mind that the new foam odor is not harmful, as our foam is CertiPUR-US certified for your safety.
Should I use an additional pillowcase?
It’s not necessary and can actually block our pillow's breathability and cooling properties. Our outer cover is also machine washable and dryer friendly. However, if you want to personalize your pillow with a different pillowcase, it's completely up to you. We’ve listed our pillow dimensions below if you want to use a different pillowcase.
