FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Like all newly manufactured items, your new mattress may have some slight odor right after you unwrap it. However, it should go away quickly (anywhere from a few hours to a few days). The odor is not associated with any harmful chemicals since all of our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified. For the first few days, or until the odor goes away, let your mattress breathe as much as possible.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with photos of the product by emailing email@example.com. We will offer a satisfactory solution.
Removing the mattress cover may jeopardize the internal materials and structure. The mattress cover is not washable, and removing it could inhibit the fire safety barrier. It is recommended to always leave the cover on.
While it may take up to 72 hours for your mattress to fluff up to its full height, it is safe to sleep on it on the first night. Activities such as jumping, walking and sleeping on your mattress actually help with decompression!
You can definitely use a heating pad with your Sleemon mattress. However, we recommend a heating pad that does not exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and positioning a layer of cotton cloth between the heating pad and the foam mattress, to ensure there’s no damage.
